This easy to whip recipe is a busy momster’s friend whenever time becomes a foe. It simply entails sautéing ingredients together and adding broth which results to a tasteful and nutritious dish that you can serve with rice or as a sandwich filling. Cooking and prep time takes around 15 to 30 minutes.
Put garlic and butter in pan with low heat until butter is fully melted, sauté bell peppers in garlic and butter for half a minute, take out the bell peppers and put in onions then add beef. Stir fry until beef turns brown, season with salt and pepper, add beef broth and soy sauce, put in cornstarch diluted in water to thicken sauce, stir until the sauce has thickened, add ¾ of pre-cooked bell pepper and remove from heat and serve.
Use the remaining bell peppers for garnishing. Keep in mind that a nicely plated dish becomes more delicious, flavorful and fun to eat especially with the kids.
